CarReservationsDesk is a Bricks-and-Mortar Travel Agency offering direct flight deals and making travel-related arrangements with third-party suppliers such as airlines, hotels, car rental agencies, and vacation package providers. Our quoted rates include service fees, applicable taxes, and other charges.
We are not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or non-delivery of services by suppliers. We do not insure, guarantee, or endorse third-party services or products. If a supplier defaults, they are solely responsible for refunds unless we cause such a loss.
We are not liable for irregularities, delays, cancellations, strikes, weather issues, or currency fluctuations. Penalties may apply for cancellations or refunds. We do not validate or endorse advertisers on our website. Additional supplier Terms & Conditions may apply to your bookings.
You must be 18 years or older, legally authorized, and provide accurate information when using our website. We reserve the right to deny access for violations of these Terms & Conditions.
Suspicious activity, abuse, or fraud may result in cancellation of reservations and closure of accounts. Legal action may be taken, and you will be held responsible for monetary losses including damages and litigation costs.
Additional Terms & Conditions apply to reservations. Airline rules and restrictions must be read carefully. Airfare is guaranteed only when tickets are issued. Violating supplier rules may result in cancellation, denial of services, forfeiture of payments, and additional costs.
We reserve the right to accept or reject offers on behalf of suppliers. Email confirmations acknowledge receipt but are not contractual acceptance. Bookings are confirmed only after full payment. Changes are conditional and at our discretion.
We are not responsible if you are denied boarding or deported due to non-fulfillment of supplier rules. All passengers must travel on the same itinerary. Errors in advertised prices may be corrected, and you may be charged the difference.
Total prices include applicable fees and taxes. Additional surcharges may apply. Full payment is required at booking. We accept major debit/credit cards with verifiable billing addresses. Prices and conditions may change without notice.
If your card declines, we will notify you within 72 hours. Transactions will not be processed until payment is successful. Fare changes may allow you to cancel without cost.
CarReservationsDesk charges service fees in addition to supplier fees. Booking fees: up to $200 per passenger per ticket. Post-ticketing fees: up to $100 within 24 hours, up to $200 beyond 24 hours. Changes are subject to airline fare rules.
Airline tickets are mostly non-refundable. Airlines may issue credit for future purchases. Cancellations must be made by phone before departure. New bookings using credit require payment of fare differences, penalties, and service fees.
Most tickets, packages, rentals, hotels, and service fees are non-refundable after 24 hours. Refund requests must be made by phone and depend on supplier approval. Penalties and service fees may apply. Processing time is not guaranteed.
